Mold making

An inseparable part of our company is a modern tool shop, where we offer our customers comprehensive service solutions in the field of production and service of plastic injection molds.

Plastic molding

We provide pressing on 6 injection molding machines with a force of 130 – 650 t. We use materials / granulate / for injection – ABS, POM, PC, PA, PP, HDPE and others.

Control and measurement

We hold the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management certificate. We verify dimensional accuracy with common gauges ( micrometer, caliper, calipers, …). We use ZeissContura 3D measuring devices for more accurate measurement control 10/12/6 RDS with Calypso software. We check the color stability and gloss of the parts with a BYK GARDNER spectrophotometer Spectro-guide 45/0 gloss S a BYK GARDNER Spectro-guide sphere gloss D / 8. We provide printing of plastic parts using tampoprint technology. We own 3 pieces of TAMPOPRINT Sealed Ink Cup 90 E tampoprint machines.

Assembly and packaging

Manual assembly using simple assembly jigs and special semi-automatic machines. Completion and packaging of assemblies based on customer requirements from manufactured and purchased parts.
